This is how Blue Footed Boobies from the Galapagos get it on. Like most of us, they look ridiculous but cute doing the mating dance. Will they get it together or will it be another case of love gone wrong? Watch the video and see. Blue Footed Boobies aren't any smarter than people.

My dad was in the merchant marine when we were kids, and would bring home photos of his travels. Serious hilarity ensued hearing our dad announce that the slides we were seeing were of the blue-footed booby! ("Booby! Dad said BOOBY!) You can only imagine the gigglefits that followed among the five sisters, and the bright pink of my father's thinning pate. Thanks for reminding me of the memories!
