A good start toward really living would be: leave the cell at home! It will come as a huge surprise to all those who think they have to be "connected" 24/7, but mankind survived for thousands of years without a cell (or an iPod) attached to their ears. They were actually aware of the sights and smells and whatever else was going on around them. And...they actually had face-to-face conversations! What a concept...
